I can recommend because I thoroughly enjoyed it and did not want to leave there. Everything was great, courteous staff, absolutely perfect location near to excitement of the Smokey Mountains, the attractions. Gorgeous breakfast, excellent service.
Enjoyed the place, had a really great stay. Good assortment of milk, cereals, muffins, hot waffles and yoghourt for breakfast. The rooms were updated with two queen beds with exceptionally comfortable beds. All the staff members were very pleasant. Early check in and in general excellent service. Lobby was nice. Perfect, easy location in the great area.
Shame the bathroom was not clean.
This hotel is a little dated, but its location is magnificent and staff are incredible.
