The staff was incredibly helpful and considerate, assisting with planning daily activities. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. The breakfast options were delicious, including gluten-free choices. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.
Nothing all good.
I had an amazing corner room with windows in two directions, allowing me to enjoy great views of the cargo ships on the river and even catch a spectacular fireworks display one night. Despite some road noise, the hotel's perfect location made up for it. I could easily walk to River Street, City Market, and other fantastic spots in this city.
There was nothing I didn't like.
We, a group of 35 older adults from Augusta, GA, had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the most desirable area of the city. We were able to walk to most attractions, walking tours, and restaurants easily. The hotel facilities were pristine, with everything being clean and neat. We especially loved the rooftop pool and hot tub, which offered amazing views and comfortable lounge seating. The parking garage next door was affordable, and the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast selection included delicious hot and cold items, such as cheese and veggie omelets and mouth-watering cinnamon rolls.
For us, it was ideal.
