The lobby was large and spacious, with a relaxing glass fireplace. The night receptionist was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. Our room on the 11th floor had breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and cityscape. The housekeeping service was exceptional, ensuring our room was always perfectly cleaned. The hotel was easy to find with ample parking available. The staff were efficient and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. the hotel facilities were modern and the staff were very helpful.

The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the city and the sea. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a lovely on-site spa and a cozy lobby area. The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. We especially loved the breakfast, which had a wide range of options and included delicious traditional Icelandic fare. this hotel is conveniently located near the city center and offers easy access to transportation.

The room was wonderful and the staff were great! We enjoyed the large and spacious lobby, where we could relax in front of the glass fireplace. The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance to the city centre. The hotel staff were very helpful in finding us activities to do while in this city. Breakfast was also good with a lot of choice. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the high level of housekeeping. Our room on the 11th floor had a stunning view of Mount of Esja and the city.
