The location here is excellent! It's in a tranquil locale within walking distance to Daval Street, the boardwalk, the cruise port, and the Key West Express dock. The hotel facilities are great, with a small private beach and lots of areas to sit and relax. The entire outdoor area is cleaned every morning. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the bartenders. The room looked clean and updated compared to other hotels.

The staff at the hotel was exceptional, from the friendly greetings and smiles from Dan and Veli at the restaurant to the entertaining and delicious poolside experience provided by Lisa, Maggie, and Ross. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, with daily room cleanings and fresh towels. The location was perfect, with easy access to Duval St and all the activities in this city.

I had the best hotel experience ever! The rooms were absolutely stunning, and the view from the bar and restaurant was incredible. The hotel's location was perfect and close to all the main attractions in this city. Additionally, the staff provided excellent customer service, especially Dan Ansbach at the Shor Restaurant and Megan at the front desk.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The on-site food service was quite impressive - we enjoyed several breakfasts and one dinner there. The proximity to everything in town was a major plus. We were able to walk to all the hot spots in this city. Compared to all the other hotels we have stayed at in this city, this one was the best by far. The staff was amazing, from the front desk to the bartenders, everyone was friendly and attentive. The cleanliness was top-notch and the hotel facilities were great. We also appreciated the convenience of parking and transportation options.
