The hotel had an old school feel which we all appreciated. It was conveniently located near 4th Street and Quicken Loans Arena, allowing us to easily explore and grab dinner. The staff at the front desk were awesome, helpful, and had great attitudes. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel's location was wonderful, right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance of many sights. Plus, it was directly across the street from the E 4th Street row of fantastic restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and spacious rooms that had trendy decor and two TVs. the hotel's bar/restaurant staying open until 2am was a pleasant surprise, perfect for winding down after a concert.
