I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better - within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in this city. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and cozy rooms. The staff were friendly and prompt, especially the engineer who fixed our phone right away and helped with our other needs. The hotel's proximity to shops, restaurants, and tourist sites made it incredibly convenient. And the easy access to transportation, including the subway to the airport and the center of Manhattan, was a huge plus.

The room was fabulous, with a breathtaking view of the city from the 39th floor. It was also surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's rest.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable with clean linens, and the room itself was decent and clean. It was also a prime location, just a five-minute walk to Times Square. The water pressure in the shower was great, and the TV and remote worked perfectly fine. The hotel staff, including the maids and security, were friendly and attentive. We also enjoyed the amazing views from our room. The hotel provided typical amenities such as a safe, double door lock, and toiletries. The elevator was impressively fast, taking less than 10 seconds to reach our 49th-floor room.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding - whenever we had an issue with the toilet or TV, someone was there within minutes to fix it. The fact that the wifi was free was a pleasant surprise. The location was absolutely amazing, right in the heart of Times Square. We had a room with a breathtaking view of both Times Square and the Empire State Building. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.
