We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff members were smiling, helpful, and professional, making our experience even better. The room was spacious, well furnished, and clean. The location of the hotel on a small side-street was excellent as it was quiet but close to everything. We loved that it was conveniently placed near a major train station and within walking distance to the city center, offering easy access to transportation and a wide range of restaurants. The breakfast provided was delicious with plenty of options for vegans, and the food was well labeled.

The location of the hotel is perfect! It is in the middle of everything and an easy walk to trains, subway, museums, trams, ferries, etc. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly, very helpful, and always had a bright smile. They even helped me with my air conditioning issue and swiftly moved me to a new room. The breakfast was plentiful, with a wide variety of selections for every taste. The staff were knowledgeable and always willing to help with any questions I had about activities, restaurants, and sightseeing.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was close to everything. It was conveniently situated near the National Theatre, the Oslo harbor, and all the future places we wanted to visit in Norway. Additionally, it was within walking distance of Karl Johanns Gate, the Parliament building, City Hall, and many other attractions. The hotel's proximity to the train stations made it easy for us to explore the city and beyond. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. They were friendly and helpful, assisting us in organizing restaurant reservations and even preparing custom cocktails. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options and was one of the best we've had in a hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were also impressive.
