I had an amazing stay at this luxury property. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making it feel like home. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with each room having a small patio space and breathtaking views of the nearby river. The location in Colorado Springs was perfect, right next to the river and in a neighborhood that embraced New Urbanist principles, allowing for easy walking and exploration. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel's location alongside the river was incredible, offering a spectacular view from our balcony. We were able to easily walk to the shops and downtown area, which was very convenient. The staff was accommodating and beyond my expectations. The room itself was elegant with white linens, a chandelier, and a four-poster bed. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the amenities provided, including a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the room being spotless and the linens and towels of high quality. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spacious and comfortable queen room with its European feel. The location was perfect, right by the Arkansas River and close to several walking trails. I also loved how it was conveniently located near shops and coffee shops.

We loved the Chateau. The linens were of nice quality, and the design of the room was clean and fresh. Our daughters loved the loft, and the view from our room was amazing. The bed was super comfortable, and everything was very clean. We also enjoyed the location right on the river, as well as the easy access to hiking trails. This hotel was in the perfect spot for us to visit various areas, including ski resorts and snowmobiling areas. Additionally, we were pleased with the variety of shopping and dining options within walking distance. The staff was friendly and even provided us with a gift card for a nearby coffee shop. we had a fantastic stay.

We stayed in the West Suite, which was perfect for our family of four. The additional space and privacy were highly recommended. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location next to the Arkansas River was fantastic, with easy access to a community park, restaurants, and shopping. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Could not be improved in any way.
