We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was spot on, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from local shops and restaurants. We loved being able to walk to the statue at the end of the West Highland Way. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. And the staff were exceptional, providing friendly and professional service throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the centre of everything. We were able to walk to the shop in town and it was also right across from the tram stop. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff were friendly and relaxed. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a great selection. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and we were pleased with the parking availability.
Hard to think of anything negative.
The hotel's location in the direct center of the city center was perfect for exploring Fort William. I loved being so close to everything I needed, including all the restaurants. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and I appreciated the effort put into the decoration. The breakfast service, especially when one staff member had to handle it alone, was flawless and the best I've experienced. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond in sending back my daughter's forgotten teddies.

The bathroom had a wonderful shower and underfloor heating. The hotel's location was great, near everything in the town but still quiet. The staff were professional, welcoming, and friendly. The breakfast service was flawless, with a special mention to the lady who handled it on her own.
