I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The facilities were top-notch, making it feel very luxurious. The pool exceeded my expectations and provided a refreshing and enjoyable experience. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary activities, especially the yoga on the pier. The hotel's restaurants served some of the best food I had during my trip. The location, situated away from the main hotel strip, suited me perfectly. It was also conveniently close to the ferry for day trips to the nearby island.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my time here. The hotel facilities were clean and well maintained, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of options. The location was perfect for me as it was away from the busy tourist areas, making it quieter and more relaxing. I also loved that it was conveniently located near the port, making it easy for me to take a ferry to explore the nearby Isla Mujeres. this hotel provided a safe and enjoyable experience with great amenities.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with multiple pools for us to enjoy and comfortable outdoor furniture. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were kind and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. In particular, Aaron and Enrique at the poolside bar were outstanding, going above and beyond to make our trip memorable.
All was perfect, no negative aspects to mention.
